This property lies on the north-east side of Coronado Island with spectacular views of the San Diego skyline. The existing grounds lack visual interest and architecture commensurate with a five star resort. We were retained to develop a new visual image that would create a unique resort providing a captivating stay for its guests through a landscape character of tree massing, new tropical plants, rich colors and fragrant flowers. Additional amenities such as a swim beach at the pool, putting green, wedding gazebos, entertainment plazas and intimate reading gardens were key program elements.
